Challenge
The accounting team spent weeks every month just typing thousands of paper invoices and shipping bills into the system. Manual entry also brought a 3% error rate, posing tax risks.
Solution
Trained a specialized Computer Vision model to read handwritten and printed Vietnamese on faded forms. Combined with an LLM to extract data fields (Company Name, Tax Code, Total Amount) and autonomously reconcile.
Result
Accelerated paperwork processing by 10 times (10x Input Speed). Accuracy reached 99.8%, completely freeing up accountants' time to focus on financial analysis.
